How it works
This treatment involves injecting a solution directly into the vein. Sclerotherapy is a safe and effective treatment for superficial leg veins.
Several treatments may be required at 6-week intervals. It can take a little while for veins to disappear and will depend on the size.
Benefits
Veins immediately disappear as they are injected with a sclerosing agent called 'fibrovein' The residual outline of the sclerosed veins is visible at the end of the treatment but they eventually fade away as they are broken down naturally.
Results are permanent so there is no need to repeat treatment once the required sessions have been completed.
Treatment is quick, non-surgical and effective. There is mild discomfort and little to no downtime.
